I am on the old non-pirated slash non-steam version of GTA V, it's 1.350.1 and I used a GTALauncherbypass mod so that I won't have to update the game. This happened when I tried to go to the pause menu to check the map. The reason why I couldn't update is because my internet only has 50GB data consumable per month.
Just check the Assetto Corsa link on your desktop. Right click and then properties. Then you will see the location on the right drive. For every content you will download. It has to be placed there. Tracks, cars, skins, weather it has to be placed in /content/ in the main Assetto Corsa folder! That's the required rank to unlock Lamar's lowrider missions. He should then receive a phone call from Lamar to see him at Benny's, at which time you'll have the map icon appear. the only dlclist mod that I have is Addonpeds. Here are all of my other mods in case you need them: The trainers that I mentioned earlier. Gta V Heap Adjuster. OpenIV. Skin Control. If you're talking about PC then turn your settings down and try to avoid going near your allocated VRAM. Another thing that helps is turning GTA Vs Priority to "High" under task manager. If you choose to try this method you can find your saved game file in your Documents > Rockstar Games > GTA V > Profiles > Select Profile > Select Save SGTA50015 > Move it to secure location > Replace Save W/Downloaded One > Start Game to check and see if game starts correctly. Also what version of the game is it? Turn off GTA 5 and open the Epic Games library. Locate the three dots below the GTA 5 game. Click on "Verify" to review all game files for any missing or corrupted ones. This process may take a while. After completing this step, your game should function correctly, and the loading screen problem may be resolved. It shouldn't be that causing the issue. I use the persistence mod by ImNotMental and I can enable MP maps without issues.
