The dlcs are not balanced as endgame content, so do them as they come up. They generaly get unlocked with the main quest, the exception being Theresas one, which is wholy divorced from the main game. Yes. Ignore the mixed reviews. The DLCs are totally worth it with one caveat: in the DLC quests sometimes you will be offered to pay money to complete an objective. Don’t pay.
